i think it might be nice outside.
wait a minute...the sun just went away as i typed that sentence. whoopsie! anyhow, i'm sitting here at work thinking of the rest of my week and the next week after that and i'm starting to get excited. "urban legends" opens on friday and then on monday i get to go to california! man, what a lucky lady!
i'm especially excited about the show because it's one of the only times i've been totally involved in the creation of something from start to finish. i really love our stuff. the writing is good, the people are great and by george, it's funny! it feels very cool to have put in so much work and see it come to fruition. oooh, fruition! look ma, i wrote about fruition!
and on monday, to palm springs! i get to walk on giant stilts, wear an elvis wig and swim in a pool (not simultaneously, of course)! i've not been out of the midwest in over two years...wait, maybe its been longer...i don't even remember! shameful!
i'm hungry.
